Aluminium hydroxide, also known as alumina trihydrate, is a hydrated aluminium oxide derived from bauxite ore. It typically has an average particle size of 80–100 microns and features blocky crystal morphology, offering good reactivity. Available in both wet and dry forms, it reacts with acids as well as bases and is widely used in glass, ceramics, water treatment, and chemical manufacturing.
